Fiona’s role focuses on evaluating, structuring and executing new investment opportunities. Prior to Tenzing, Fiona spent 6 months interning in the investment team at Cinven, where she focused on screening, analysis and valuation of a number of potential targets and worked extensively on an industrials buy-side process. Prior to her private equity career, Fiona spent 4½ years at Freshfields qualifying as a corporate lawyer into the private equity team, working on a number of M&A transactions with different financial sponsors at all stages of the investment cycle.

John helps support new investments and origination of opportunities. Prior to Tenzing, he worked at Alchemy Partners, a UK special situations investment fund. He began his career as a consultant at A.T. Kearney undertaking due diligence and merger integration projects before studying an MBA at London Business School, interning at Goldman Sachs and Inflexion to further his transaction experience.

William Green

William moved to London from New Zealand in 2016 and following a brief stint in consulting, joined our team on the Investment side. His role is largely focused on evaluating, structuring and executing investment opportunities. William was previously a solicitor in the corporate department at Bell Gully, voted New Zealand’s top commercial law firm. He focused on mid-market M&A as well as IPOs and general corporate work. Aside from Bell Gully, William also helped found a start-up technology business in Auckland.
