Rob is the Group Financial Controller for Equiniti. He joined in February 2011, just after the Group’s acquisition of the Xafinity business. Rob also covered the CFO role at Equiniti for six months in 2012. Prior to his time at Equinti, Rob worked as a Divisional Finance Director for Arqiva, the company that owns and runs the U.K. television and radio broadcast infrastructure. Rob started life in accountancy as a graduate for Thames Water, where he gained the CIMA qualification. He spent nearly 12 years with them, working as a Divisional Finance Director in the Western USA for four years when they were part of the larger RWE Group and latterly as Financial Controller in the U.K. following the sale of Thames Water to Macqurie’s infrastructure group; Rob worked on the whole business securitisation of the regulated business and subsequently the disposal of the non-core business to Veolia.
