Lynsey trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and then worked in Financial Services for seven years at Morgan Stanley in various finance roles before moving to City Facilities Management. In her role as Financial Controller at Maven, Lynsey is responsible for all aspects of reporting and tax compliance, and ensuring a strong control environment is maintained. She is also responsible for treasury, budgeting and forecasting, and financial modelling. Lynsey has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Glasgow University and is an ICAS qualified Chartered Accountant.

Based in London, Andrew has been the Finance Director at Atomico since 2008.
