As an architect with a herniated disk who sat in the Aeron hours a day for over two years, I can say this chair is definitely a solid choice for the office place. Chairs of this caliber have several ways to adjust for comfort, task, and long days; designers will appreciate how Herman Miller has elegantly designed all of these tools.

The Aeron looks good as a standalone piece, or in rows of open office desking. It also boasts an impressive list of options at purchase. Not only is this chair good for those with back pains, but the ergonomic shapes and moldings, along with good posture, will prevent future health issues.

The purpose of a gaming chair is to support healthy posture during long periods of sitting. Healthy posture reduces muscle strain, improves blood flow and helps with focus. The Secretlab Titan takes this concept to another level.

The Titan starts with a steel frame layered with premium cold-foam padding. Over top goes high-end PU leather or breathable mesh fabric. An integrated lumbar system in the backrest works like the ones in luxury car seats. There’s also a neck pillow you can attach to the tall backrest. Another big feature is a 4-directional adjustable armrests. These adjust in all directions to support the arms. That means the spine doesn’t have to.

The result is a firm seat that locks you in perfect ergonomic alignment for screen work. The comfort is nice, but the Titan’s ergonomics is the key. The chair supports upright posture instead of your body. This saves a massive amount of energy. Instead of supporting muscles, that energy becomes available for more productive things.

That makes the Secretlab Titan a great option for designers. The comfortable ergonomics will let you sit longer in perfect ergonomic alignment. As a result users enjoy improved focus and greater productivity. Sit smarter and work harder with a Secretlab Titan gaming chair.

For drawing and any other drafting work I will say a balance ball chair, as it can be good for posture. In a basic sense, it is good to have something that forces you to have better posture when you are huddled over a draft paper all day.
