BizStim is a great CRM software for therapists. I’m quite satisfied with my experience as BizStim has helped me to manage my clientele better. I have made full use of the software by sharing the client’s reports with them via the software as well; however, for this purpose I had to give them advanced login. I don’t mind doing so because I believe a client should have complete transparency of their progress with me, and they should have access to all their reports. In case of any sensitive information, I use the client manager to store my notes on clients and potential clients. I store all my billing information in the CRM as well for my own ease. The best part about my experience has been that I got to use their free trial in order to evaluate if this CRM suits my needs or not.
