Trello is a project management software that I’ve been using lately, and has proven to be extremely beneficial and fun! If you have smaller teams, this is a great software for you. It’s Kanban board based, which is a methodology that was started by an industrial engineer in the 40s. As cards are the basics of Trello, you’ll find that you can organize it into different phases on the board. One negative when it comes to this though is the fact that it only corresponds to one project. This means that if you have another project, you need to make an entirely new board. Other than that, it’s absolutely great and it’s free!

Monday.com is by far the best project management software I have come across. I use it with my team of content providers and workers, and it is a great way to both assign and create projects, all while tracking workflow, deadlines, and edits. You can create sub-groups of projects to assign them to different members of the team, and there is also live commentary enabled so that workers can ask questions, and get their issues resolved quickly. Full communication amongst the team, easy assignation of projects, and it simplifies keeping track of everything needed. I cannot recommend it enough.
