Bespoke Workspace for Fintech Start-up

The London fintech start-up, Portfy, that’s bringing credit building into the 21st Century and has attracted significant venture capital investment since its launch in 2017, has taken residence in a bespoke office, in the heart of Clerkenwell, which mirrors its modern approach to building credit.

The stunning new office, is a beautiful, Victorian red-brick former warehouse on Great Sutton Street, was delivered and coordinated by London-based office specialists, Situu, to provide the growing business with a remarkable, yet hassle-free, bespoke office space, with rent, rates, insurance and utilities all in included in one cost.

And, by working with Situu, the fintech firm, which offers a new way to build credit, was also able to specify exactly what it wanted in terms of furniture, accessories and decor. This included swapping standard desks and chairs to adjustable sit/stand options, and the inclusion of high-quality Herman Miller chairs and break-out furniture that reflected the company’s specific look and feel. Situu also collaborated with the firm and the landlord to ensure an additional, bespoke ‘shopping list’ of items, such as a phone booth and a range of impressive plants were added to the space.
